How To Close A Prezi Account When Someone Dies

Service: Prezi allows people to create “dynamic” presentations.

How To Close An Account: In order to delete your account, you must first cancel your subscription.

1. To cancel a subscription, go to “Settings & Account”, select “Subscription”, and click “Cancel Subscription”
2. You will be asked to confirm using your password
3. Afterwards, go to “Settings & Account” once again, this time selecting “Account”
4. Click the button that says “Yes, Delete Account”
5. You will again be asked to confirm with your password.
6. Finally, click “Delete Account”

Important Note: Your subscription will not be cancelled if you delete your account, you must do both individually.

Note: If you logged into Prezi using Facebook or LinkedIn you need to disconnect the account and follow the steps to delete those accounts if you choose to do so.
