1. Log in to Wikipedia.
2. To request deletion, add the {{db-user}} tag to the top of each user page and any subpages in your userspace. An admin will delete the page for you.
3. Send the bureaucrats an e-mail from your Wikipedia account and ask that it be renamed, giving "request for courtesy vanishing" as the reason.
