How To Close A Pocketsmith Account When Someone Dies

How To Delete An Account:

• Log into the account
• Hover over the user name in the top right corner, then press on the link below the email
• Click the “Delete your account” tab on the left
• Press “Please delete my account”
• Type “DELETE” in the space provided, then press “OK”

Required Information:

• Email/Username
• Password

If You’re Logged Into Pocketsmith using Facebook:

• Log into Pocketsmith using the Facebook account email and password
• Delete account using steps listed above

Disconnect & Remove Account From Facebook:

• Click “Settings” on your Facebook profile
• Press “Apps” on the left side of the screen
• Press the “x” next to the service you wish to remove
