How To Close A Pandora Account When Someone Dies

Service: Pandora is an Internet radio service that offers music streaming and recommendations.
How To Close An Account: There are two levels of membership offered by Pandora—free accounts and paid subscriptions. They may be canceled separately. Start either process by logging in to the service via a desktop or mobile browser at Pandora’s web site.
Paid Subscriptions
1. In the upper right hand corner of the homepage, click the “Account” link.
2. Click “Billing.”
3. At the lower left corner, uncheck the “Auto Renew” box.
3. Click “Save.”
Free Accounts
Pandora’s web site makes learning how to completely close an account impossible. Requests must be sent to the company’s support department either on the Pandora web site or via email (pandora-support@pandora.com).
