How To Close A HipChat Account When Someone Dies

How To Deactivate An Account:
- Log into the account
- Click on your account picture in the top right corner of the home page, then click “Account Settings”
- Press “Deactivate Account” on the left side of the page
- Enter your password then press “Deactivate Account”
- In the pop-up, press “Ok”
