How To Cancel An Order: FreshDirect doesn't allow you to close your account permanently, but you can cancel any existing orders. To do this, you must contact them asking for cancellation before the “deadline” on the order. This deadline is in the confirmation email the customer receives after placing an order. If you cancel after this deadline, you will get charged a restocking fee. You could also try reaching out to customer service and asking them to delete the account, however we cannot confirm that they will actually do so. They should respond within 3 hours.
