To get someone's attention in The Big Apple, either on the street or while riding the subway, you have to be clever or shocking and the New York Organ Donor Network's new "Hate The Wait" campaign definitely qualifies on both counts.
If this gets the word out on Organ Donation and convinces people to register, then we're completely on board with this approach. Plus, waiting on line is already bad. Waiting on line with a corpse standing next to you? So much worse.
